In middle of UN sponsored negotiations about the future status of Kosova as envisaged by the UN Res. 1244 you brought unilaterally your new constitution that defined Kosova as your autonomous province. With that making the entire process of UN sponsored negotiation a mockery, violating the Res.1244 and the international law.

Now in middle of the EU sponsored negotiations you are bringing unilaterally your platform. How serious is this now??

And you still complain that the other side is not negotiation in good faith???? give me a break people. You should thank Russia and her veto power in UN SC from dorm to dust every bloody day as with people with you NO ONE would even spend 24 hours to discuss with.

When asked to comment on the beginning of the text in platform in which it is stated that the technical dialogue with Priština should be suspended, the prime minister said that he “does not believe it is possible” and announced that this part of the document would be changed.

Why the hell is it not possible Dacicu? You are the prime minister of course it is possible. Does someone hold you hostage and send you on a plane to Brussels every time there are 'negotiations'??

Of course its not possible to hold on to the enormous personal wealth that you acquired while profiteering at the expense of our occupied Holy Province and discontinue 'negotiating' with terrorists...but its definitely possible to freeze these talks and Serbia can do it at any time.

But that's impossible as long as Titoists who love Yugoslavia more than Serbia are running our government. Some sick and deranged individuals still hold Serbian patriotism 'responsible' (never mind it should never have existed in the first place) for the breakup of Communist Yugoslavia and most of those people live in Dedinje to this very day, calling the shots. And this where the Battle of Kosovo i Metohija starts, in Belgrade.

Serbs must first the Titoists & Otporistas and everything else will come a lot easier.

The UN SC authorised President Ahtisari to lead the negotiations and come with recommendation. This was envisaged by the SC Res 1244.

In the middle of the negotiations Serbia broke all the rules of fair negotiation as unilaterally adopted her new constitution with already defined status for Kosova as she liked not as result of the outcome of the UN sponsored negotiations.

Negotiations still continued.

In the end of the Negotiations President Ahtisari came with his recommendations that Kosova should get supervised independence with some very stringent rules as the explicit ban to join Albania.

After that Kosova declared her independence.

As for the generosity and fairness of your current draft platform- Serbia wants a Republic for 30.000 Serbs in north while for 70 years was denying that to 2 million Albanians in Kosova. What a hypocrisy

Also if 30.000 Serbs in north Kosova can have republic why not the same amount of the Albanians in Presheva valley? Why not the Romanian minority in north-west Serbia or the Bulgarian in east Serbia?

However, the international comm.ty is worried about the far reaching consequences, part of which I listed above. thus it is not ready to open a risky process for a number of people that can be fitted in 2 skyscrapers in any major city of Europe. Even if they are of the divine nation as you used to call yourself just few years back - the Serbs.

Serbs want autonomy from Prishtina's temporary occupational administration.

You are being given, for the first time, legal protection from Albania and in turn its NATO allies and more help from the EU, meanwhile the people you refer to as trouble makers in Mitrovica won't be your problem anymore. What more do you reasonably feel will be offered to you?
