EU gives EUR 172 million to Serbia under IPA

Serbia violates Albanian Human Rights in Presheva,Medvedja and Bujanoc.
Serbia has not apologized to what they did.
Serbia never return all the missing Kosovars illegaly removed after NATO arrival in Kosova.

Please don't waste anymore Euros on someone that is undeserving and unqualified.

Did I forget they failed to meet the Hague War Crimes requirments of co operation..
