The specifics that everyone in the world has seen and accepted for the last 5 years is the atsaharri plan.
And if the "name" means nothing then start participating.

If the Serbs are serious about making their lives better the atsarri plan exists.

If the Serbs want to stay on their anti Albanian course then go right a head but the world is going to keep moving forward and eventually you will be too far behind to ever catch up
