Correct, south the Ibar, there has been a stable mafia regime established! The politicians are not scared to fake elections to stay in power, the biggest opposition party is extremist and advocates a greater Albania. Not to forget, the government in Pristina achieved a lot: For example Kosovo became Europe's most corrupt 'state' and Europe's main hub for drug distribution under the Thaci regime

LOL oh Ian your understanding of a part of the world from the viewpoint of your internet connection never ceases to be amusing. When you have an intricate network of criminal clans controlling all aspects of life, receiving aid and assistance from Western powers for their cooperation and allegiance, and when the quality of life is so bad people can only think of surviving or moving out, then yes you technically have a "stable" south. By your rationale, North Korea is one of the most stable countries in the world :)
