“Govt. has irresponsible attitude toward K. Serbs”

The Serbian government has an irresponsible, two-faced attitude toward Kosovo Serbs, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leader Čedomir Jovanović told B92.

Why does B92 give this guy airtime?

He's Serbia biggest traitor. He owns upto 4 Villas in Belgrade alone. It's a fact that the West finances him. WHY ISN'T HE ARRESTED YET?

After his own excesses, I find it amusing that Jovanovic is now a budget hawk. He never said anything about government overspending when he was in power, but now that his main supporters, and I mean those who fund his movement, want to isolate the Serbs in Kosovo and cut off their funding, he suddenly wants to Audit how money is spent so that soup kitchens can opperate.

If he is so concerned with poverty, and he lives so comfortably in Belgrade, perhaps he can give of his own money, or raise money from his friends in the west for Kosovo's Serbs and then he may rest assured that they are better taken care of. Nobody in the world, not even Albanians, would be opposed to Cedo buying soup and there is nothing standing in his way.

How is it possible then that soup kitchens do not have enough funds to work normally if we have been allocating USD 500mn for Kosovo,” he wondered.

He brings up good points as did B92 in their documentary. Because people profiteering off Serbia's funding in the southern occupied province are not patriotic at all and the system does indeed need to change.

But what Cedo here is trying to emphasize is that Serbia's in a bad situation today because of the $500 million spent for Serbian institutions in Kosovo i Metohija. By $500 mn is nothing compared to where else the Serbian government spends money and how much of the state budget goes to directly enriching the lives of career politicians, turning them into multi-millionaires while Serbs in the occupation as well as the rest of Serbia continue to suffer.

Serbia also spends millions in incentives, not for businesses, but for liberal NGO's to pollute Serbia with things no Serb ever needs like gay parades abortion clinics.

So when Cedo implies spending any money at all for the institutions in Kosovo i Metohija is somehow the wrong policy, just remember there are much more outrageous things the Serbian government is allocating funds for than institutions that are meant to ensure the survival of Serbs who's lives are constantly under threat.
