Russia responds to "Kosovo visas" announcement

We don't care if Russia recognizes Kosovo or not, even though two faced Russians recognized South Ossetia and Abkhazia. Talking of clueless Russians.

But Kosovo is a PROVINCE! How can a province join EU or Schengen?

unless agreement reached between the 2 government, if you don't recognise we 're not forcing you to do so-stay away and shut up.

You know the answer to that! The whole matter in the Georgia provinces was orchestrated by Russia for no other reason than to try and stimulate the "pandoras box" that she and Serbia kept saying would happen but never did and still hasn't. The west stated that Kosovo was unique, it was under UN administration due to Serbia's violent oppression of the Albanians. Resolution 1244 stripped Serbia of all control over one of its province(an unprecedented event and so far the only such event) There were UN brokered talks to try and solve the crisis in Kosovo, but it was the decision that those talks would NEVER yield results.
None of this happened in Georgia.
