We have demands of you Deutschland. Stop meddling in the internal affairs of a sovereign nation. Stop encouraging terrorist/separatist movements around the world. Stop being complicit in crimes against minorities in Kosovo. Stop blackmailing countries to acquiesce to your demands. That would be a good start.

Serbia should give KiM to the albanians when Germany gives 15% of its territory to create a new jewish state for the crimes it has committed. Hence solving the jewish/Arab issue.

This reminds me of the ultimatums against Serbia by the NAZIs during WWII. Same act with Germans helping out their partners - Albanians, Bosnian Muslims and Croatians - at a time when most of Europe is on a shaky foundation.

Germany, I suggest you go help your American friends in Libya and Egypt first, and worry about Serbia later. I can understand that albanians accepted territory hande out to them by some western powers, I can understand the some western powers want to dictate to Serbia to give up on its people. You can't sign agreements with dishonest entities, for the other entity will never uphold anything, and the EU will never pressure them on it, meanwhile Serbia would have to abide by the agreements plus extras they think of.

Serbia has nothing to gain in this, and every agreement so far has caused further violence upon Kosovo Serbs.
Serbia does not need to be under EU dictates, and Serbia wanting to be is what has them under EU dictates for years even though they aren't a part of it.

It seems Serbian leaders perfected of strategy of milking EU for money while keeping Kosovo. As long as Serbs pretend to strive towards EU, they get development funds and loans from IMF, etc. At the same time they are refusing to recognize Kosovo as independent.
It is in Serbia's interest to keep Bosnia and Kosovo from joining NATO and posssibly the EU. Bosniaks have caught on with the game and threaten to go to war if Serbs break away. EU shovels more money into Bosnia to keep the peace. Someday K-Albanians will catch on and play along.
If Serbia were to recognize Kosovo, EU will cut off the money for Kosovo and turn the terriotory into dumping ground for unwanted migrant workers and for Roma surrounded by NATO.

More ultimatums from the Germans as usual, nothing ever changes. They should be given the middle finger and told that Serbia has no interest in joining a bankrupt and doomed club run by the EU.

Since the statement is that Serbia must sign "WITH" Kosovo, that none of your listings will be acceptable. I am sure that it will be either Republic of Kosova or Kosovo. Also I would not hold my breath for Kosovo autonomous province of Serbia either.

From economicall stand point, Serbia will lose the grip in Mitrovica.
