That's impossible... we've been told that the evil KLA and NATO tried to remove Serbs from Kosovo with their attacks and bombs and they did not attack the areas of Serbs majority in Kosovo ?!!! NATO bombed Belgrade even more than Kosovo and we did not hear Milosevic care evacuating the Belgrade residents in mass. But as I said, I really appreciate the special attention that Milosevic paid towards the well-being of the Albanian population by just evacuating them and not Serbs.

I really appreciate Milosevic's concern about the well-being of Serb Citizens of Albanian ethnicity in Kosovo and trying to protect them from the bullets and bombs by evacuating them to camps outside of Serbia. I don't understand though why he didn't pay the same attention to Serb Citizens of Serb ethnicity in Kosovo. Probably because Serbs are so heroic as to be immune to bullets and bombs :)

Could you provide us a link or an article where Dr. Helena Ranta admits Racak was a lie? I am 100% sure you can't.
This is what Ranta said in her autopsy report after the Racak massacre: ""there was no evidence that the victims had been anything other than unarmed civilians and that they had probably been killed where they were later found by the international monitors."[31] Addressing the claims that the dead had been killed wearing KLA uniforms which had then been replaced with civilian clothes, the report states that "...the clothing [of the dead] bore no badges or insignia of any military unit. No indication of removal of badges of rank or insignia was evident. Based on autopsy findings (e.g. bullet holes, coagulated blood) and photographs of the scenes, it is highly unlikely that clothes could have been changed or removed."

Those of you who are "waiting" until the day, need to understand a couple of things,
Repeal of 1244 is highly unlikely especially since the Serbian govt has convinced the sheep that it is a pro Serbian document-a feat I'll never understand.
As long as 1244 is in effect NATO/Kfor has the mandate to protect Kosovo.
It may reduce troop size down to an administrative level but at the first sign of problems it can reinforce troops on their own mandate without contacting the UNSC. Evidenced by the recent surge of troops to cover the Serbian elections -this was never placed before the council.
Should members of the UNSC disagree with the reinforcements they are free to discuss it in chambers but at the end of the day they must secure a vote to change the mandate.
A military action against will never happen without first there being a 3rd world war and then Kosovo may/should be the lowest priority there is to the Serbian people.
Note I am not talking about Serbia causing the 3rd world war, but taking advantage of one should it happen.

Sadly, one of the few certain things about this region is that Kosovo will be a future battleground. Notwithstanding my personal bias as a Serb, it's obvious that the Albanians will continue to force their hand and go to far. They currently lack the leaders who can make wise and strategic decisions, grounded in reality and fairness, in order to appease an aggrieved, hostile, and much more powerful neighbor to the north.
The coming storm is the result of their own doing, and in the decade to come, as they say, all bets are off. Their current guarantors cannot be relied upon forever. Peace is elusive as it always was.

Come on man! The KlA was pure albanian, only albanians fought in KLA, while serbian army called in Russian, greks, romanian, ukrains mercenaries. Their are pictures of dead mercenaries from russia. When they got killed by KLA they found ID cards from Russia, greece, Romania, Ukrain on them. Russia came to Kosovo as well in 1999 to help you! So don't tell me that NATO helped me, when russia did exactly the same thing to you . Those of you who are "waiting" until the day, need to understand a couple of things,
Repeal of 1244 is highly unlikely especially since the Serbian govt has convinced the sheep that it is a pro Serbian document-a feat I'll never understand.
As long as 1244 is in effect NATO/Kfor has the mandate to protect Kosovo.
It may reduce troop size down to an administrative level but at the first sign of problems it can reinforce troops on their own mandate without contacting the UNSC. Evidenced by the recent surge of troops to cover the Serbian elections -this was never placed before the council.
Should members of the UNSC disagree with the reinforcements they are free to discuss it in chambers but at the end of the day they must secure a vote to change the mandate.
A military action against will never happen without first there being a 3rd world war and then Kosovo may/should be the lowest priority there is to the Serbian people.
Note I am not talking about Serbia causing the 3rd world war, but taking advantage of one should it happen.

Sadly, one of the few certain things about this region is that Kosovo will be a future battleground. Notwithstanding my personal bias as a Serb, it's obvious that the Albanians will continue to force their hand and go to far. They currently lack the leaders who can make wise and strategic decisions, grounded in reality and fairness, in order to appease an aggrieved, hostile, and much more powerful neighbor to the north.
The coming storm is the result of their own doing, and in the decade to come, as they say, all bets are off. Their current guarantors cannot be relied upon forever. Peace is elusive as it always was.

I really appreciate Milosevic's concern about the well-being of Serb Citizens of Albanian ethnicity in Kosovo and trying to protect them from the bullets and bombs by evacuating them to camps outside of Serbia. I don't understand though why he didn't pay the same attention to Serb Citizens of Serb ethnicity in Kosovo. Probably because Serbs are so heroic as to be immune to bullets and bombs :)

Regions with Serb majority were not turned into battlefields, while those Serbs who lived in Kosovo war zones had to leave Kosovo as well.

Could you provide us a link or an article where Dr. Helena Ranta admits Racak was a lie? I am 100% sure you can't.
This is what Ranta said in her autopsy report after the Racak massacre: ""there was no evidence that the victims had been anything other than unarmed civilians and that they had probably been killed where they were later found by the international monitors."[31] Addressing the claims that the dead had been killed wearing KLA uniforms which had then been replaced with civilian clothes, the report states that "...the clothing [of the dead] bore no badges or insignia of any military unit. That's impossible... we've been told that the evil KLA and NATO tried to remove Serbs from Kosovo with their attacks and bombs and they did not attack the areas of Serbs majority in Kosovo ?!!! NATO bombed Belgrade even more than Kosovo and we did not hear Milosevic care evacuating the Belgrade residents in mass. But as I said, I really appreciate the special attention that Milosevic paid towards the well-being of the Albanian population by just evacuating them and not Serbs.
Those of you who are "waiting" until the day, need to understand a couple of things,
Repeal of 1244 is highly unlikely especially since the Serbian govt has convinced the sheep that it is a pro Serbian document-a feat I'll never understand.
As long as 1244 is in effect NATO/Kfor has the mandate to protect Kosovo.
It may reduce troop size down to an administrative level but at the first sign of problems it can reinforce troops on their own mandate without contacting the UNSC. Evidenced by the recent surge of troops to cover the Serbian elections -this was never placed before the council.
Should members of the UNSC disagree with the reinforcements they are free to discuss it in chambers but at the end of the day they must secure a vote to change the mandate.
A military action against will never happen without first there being a 3rd world war and then Kosovo may/should be the lowest priority there is to the Serbian people.
Note I am not talking about Serbia causing the 3rd world war, but taking advantage of one should it happen.
