Yet there is no denying that EULEX will assert executive authority over the "crossings", contrary to what Pristina wanted, which was definitively demarcated "borders". The reached agreement placed the two crossings in northern Kosovo under special status, and with recent joint dealing between KFOR and the local Serb authorities, I'd say any Albanian presence up there is little beyond a token display. You think whatever you want to think beyond that, but having to work with Serbian and EULEX authorities, any Albanian say will have to fall within collective consensus. This has been the pattern in Kosovo when EULEX gets involved. I'm not sure why you think Pristina suddenly gained something.

I don't see ''administrative line'' either. The agreement seem to be on equal terms and because of that it means that Kosovo and Serbia are equal. If Kosovo is a province then Serbia is a province too. Everything on equal terms do you understand ?

1244, If its in compliance.Serbs should stick with paragraph 8 of this agreement as written.

Duly noted, but Resolution 1244 takes precedence over your opinion or wishes. And the Europeans have other things to do rather than entertaining themselves by playing with logs in the roads in the middle of the winter.
