"Soldiers armed to the teeth"

Armed to the teeth? Really? Armed to the teeth is a Serbian policeman murdering Kosovar civilians circa 1998/1999. These NATO troops are using non-lethal weapons to disperse gangs of Serbs which are attacking them.
Very poor journalism, in any case, hyperbole

The only way to solve this situation is to take a leaf from Ante Gotovinas book, there has never been a time that anyone has been able to come to an agreement with Serbs via dialogue.

Unfortunately force is the only thing they tend to understand.
