How exactly do you accuse somebody of smuggling in Kosovo? Is that from Albania into Kosovo or from Serbia into Kosovo? And as long as he isn't smuggling anything illegal like drugs, people or body parts, who cares? If they make a sacrificial lamb out of this guy and his friends, that isn't going to solve anything. They are not building or manning those barricades alone. This is just more provocation.

We were all 'led to believe' that Serbs were innocent civilians protesting and those trigger happy KFOR solders were the ones who were about to start the world war three .....
This statements are strong hints that the aggressors at Jarinje recently were Serbs and that the civilians there are only abused by local Serbian warlords. This is quite the opposite of the claims the Serbian government made a few days ago, when Belgrade accused KFOR and only KFOR for deteriorating the situation. Why they don't show the video Serbian intelligence was making? I have the strong feeling that this would only expose that those video makers were in fact right in the middle of the event, making it even more embarrassing for the Serbian propaganda.

Maybe this just me but he calls himself a "defense minister" but in my mind I always associate him with the term "terrorist". Again this is just my personal opinion, no harm or insult intended.
