"Although the defense lawyers presented persuasive arguments that this measure is a direct violation of one of the basic human rights, which is the right to work, the prosecutor insisted on it, one of the defense lawyers Miodrag Brkjač said."

Is he really a lawyer ? No wonder he lost the case :)

The right to work, does not include the right of choosing ***where*** to work. Of course somebody has the right to work, choose the profession, etc.. But you can't go to an employer and tell him: "I have decided to work at your company; it is my right to make that decision" :)

Well, Kosovo is indeed a sui generis case - you won't find things like that anywhere else in Europe - probably not even in Africa or Afghanistan :)

Do you know how many K-Albanian cases are similar to this one, when by accident they swayed on the other side and their tractors were confiscated and they were fined with hefty sum of money by Serbia.

These guys were not asylum seekers , but rather criminals violating the laws. Therefore, they are liable for any court expenses and also imposed fines for violation of entering illegally.Do you know how many K-Albanian cases are similar to this one, when by accident they swayed on the other side and their tractors were confiscated and they were fined with hefty sum of money by Serbia.
