However somehow my comment did not made through the B92 jungles for an unknown reason or maybe I missed it.

This article should mention that when these self-proclaimed leaders tried to return back from belgrade they were turn away at the border because the buses were not licensed to operate in Kosovo. That why Bogi now is having these epiphanies.

I think it is funny how a bunch of people went all the way to belgrade to meet....maybe they were hoping to meet Tadiq?

Hope you guys make it home safe.

Thanks,

By the way: I did read the Serbian part as it was reported in the late evening. I did write my comment here saying that the U.S. troops did not let them return - and they did it without explanation, as far as I understand they instructed them to go via Brnjak. I did not see a word about any trouble with bus being licensed, after all the same busses started from Kosovo and in the morning there wasn't a problem. There was no explanation at the admin. line from Americans. The license excuse was probably invented later on - otherwise the U.S. troops would be in trouble. There is a very interesting way around all that - but one has to have nerves, patience, good mood - and something even more.

If Serbia is considering Kosovo as part of Serbia then Serbs from Kosovo have right to arrange their meetings in any Serbian town including its capital.

Yeah rightly so, if the Serbs want to live in Kosovo they are free to do so but they must fight for their rights within Kosovo not in Beograd.

Maybe the article could mention why they held this meeting in Belgrade. As far as I understand those majors have in the past never had trouble holding similar meetings in Kosovo.

"If we hold meetings in Belgrade, then why do we need institutions in Kosovo," he wondered.

Right on the money Bogi. If K-Serbs have any problem in Kosova, they should go to Prishtina and problems will be solved, rather than going to Belgrade and get humiliated.
