America is disappointed with Serbia!!! Well dear americans we Serbs are pretty disapointed in you too. For bombing our country and killing thousands of people and for stealing our holy land in Kosovo and letting the albanians terrorise our people there.
By showing up to this conference Serbia would justify american agression against our country. If that disappoints ýou then you're the one with the problem.

If the US and their spokeswoman were so concerned about not playing politics, than Kosovo should be represented under UNMIK in line with UN resolution 1244 which still stands. Did FYROM come to the US represented as the Republic of Macedonia, probably not.

We are the ones who should be disappointed that a country that claims to be the 'Democratic leader' in the world will recognise the partition of Serbia and continue to press on as if it shouldn't be a great deal to Serbia. Well it is; our culture, holy land is at stake here. And we will not sell out for some insignificant business forum.
Serbia needs to keep its head up, and start looking towards both the east and wests for economic development opportunities.

Serbia isnt bad, its not going to be rich, but the wealth divide is one of the smallest in Europe, However, theres some things more important then money, and thats what sets America and Serbia apart. Kosovo is one of those things

Clearly not enough if it's continuing with throwing $15mn in this black hole of a breadbasket called Serbia.

Why should US govt waste taxpayer money on a country that sponsors terrorism in my country? Six billion EUR (6bn) so far...how would the taxpayers feel if we gave $15mn to Iran so that Tehran could appropriate funds to sponsor terrorists in Kabul?

March the 23rd is the day when USA and its satellite NATO members did act of aggression over sovereign state of FR Yugoslavia. The date is picked up randomly! I don't think so! It's yet another provocative decision made in Washington.
Second Serbia won't sit at the same table with the man responsible for atrocities committed over Serbs in Kosovo and btw. Kosovo is not a independent state. Otherwise USA and its EU vassals would not put pressure over Serbia to accept " the new reality". Third on march 24th Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin visits Serbia. Serbia should set its priorities first. So called summit in USA where USA is about to give directions to the leaders of participating banana countries what decisions they must make most definitely it's not even in top 10 on the list of Serbian priorities. Who cares if you are disappointed! We are sick and tired of American foreign policy toward Serbia which does not change for more than 20 years.

American hypocrisy and sense of entitlement as a nation never ceases to amaze me.
President Tadic needs to stand up an be a leader for once. He needs to stand up for us and tell the EU that we will no longer be playing by the ultimatum they've given us (Having to waste our resources to find and capture the so called "war criminals" and accept Kosovo's sovereignty). Why is it that Serbia is the only country that was given an ultimatum along with their EU application? And why on Earth should the current Serbian government be responsible for what a couple of ethnic Serbs did during the war (they, like myself, are Bosnian Serbs, so either Yugoslavia is responsible for them or BiH, not Serbia)? What do Karadzic and Mladic have to do with the current Serbia? I think that was the first sign on what the the EU's stance on Serbia is. The second sign was the fact that the EU is not cooperating with Serbia's extradition requests (Austria, Bulgaria, etc.). Apparently Serbia's requests for justice are not important to the EU. But when it comes to the Albanians, Bosniacs and Croats, it's a whole different story.
It is clear to me that Tadic's government doesn't represent the Serbian people. And it is also clear that the EU has no respect for the Republic of Serbia and is using our request of EU accession as a unjust collective punishment and Tadic and his government are just taking the lashes without complaint and what's worse is that he is in turn forcing us to suffer as well. This is unacceptable and disgusting. At least when Milosevic was in power we still had some dignity. And as much as i disagree with some of the things Milosevic did, he certainly was a leader and he didn't let the world spit on us, unlike Tadic.
And if the next election doesn't come soon and doesn't bring change, Serbia is going to need a revolution.

Serbia should stay away from foreign companies, especially the U.S. based ones. We don't need anymore privatization and exploitation in Serbia. I am extremely disappointed with the government's decision of selling NIS to Gazprom and the recent privatization deals with Turkey.
I understand that foreign capital will create jobs for our desperate workers, but these companies are made for profit and as soon as they get the chance they will screw us over in order to increase the profit margin.
The government needs restructuring.I am disappointed with everything this government is doing.

The majority of Sebs suffer from pathological narcissism. I say pathological because where ever Serbs are, they seem to feel the same regardless of their upbringing. You suffer when you can't feel big. You can't sleep when you don't feel enough grandiose in the eyes of the others. You seem to be starving of attention and you have the "bigger the better" syndrome embolden in your national conscience. For 1300 years you have struggled to consolidate all your spreading population in one place. Still to this day Serbia has failed miserably to achieve its national goal
