Government adopts bill on smoking

Who is going to enforce "no exceptions" you Zoran? They won't even be able to enforce this Bill as it is now. 2 out 3 adults (both male and female) smoke in Serbia. This law will largely be ignored by the majority of Serbs.

POSITIVE? These jokers in beograd should take that bill roll it up and smoke it themselves. This is a ridiculous law.

Serbia gets an "A" for a valiant effort, but this will not fly.
