The amount of progress UMIK will jave in this investigation will be in direct proportion to the K albs obeying their masters. If they negotiate a settlement with Serbia, the investigation will find nothing. If not, well, it won't be good for the K albs. Postings by the pro k alb side are becoming increasingly hysterical, always referencing anti Serb EU, USA propoganda as justification for their imaginary statehood, UDI. This hysteria is born out of the fact that they know their supporters wish to rid themselves of this mess and that the propoganda aperatus will soon be fully focused on them.

If someone was able to remove the evidence, they would have done it nine years ago. In that turmoil it would have been much easier too. No one would be that naive to leave evidence of such importance discoverable for this long.
But, judging from your comments, I can see that even you don't believe that there has ever existed any evidence so now of course you need to prepare the grounds for baseless accusations.

I never said that the evidence was removed just recently, but only that they will make sure that all has been removed.

I do believe that such crimes took place so please refrain from making baseless statements and assuming that you know what I think.

If what evidence was left behind has been corrupted then we don't have a strong case but it doesn't mean that nothing happened.

Many criminals have been let off because of lack of evidence of witness tampering but it doesn't mean they were not guilty. We have many examples of that especially in the anti Serbs political and military arena.

Evidence can remain for years and years. With current technology, we are able to solve crimes that are decades and even centuries old. Criminals are smart, but their egos almost always hurt them in the end. Only time will tell, but it is interesting how much attention this alleged crime is receiving in the international press lately. The perps may be laughing now, but I'll bet their laughter is nervous laughter, not joyful laughter.

Hey, what's good for the gander --Serbia and the ICJ opinion that Serbia did not commit genocide in Bosnia/Srebrenica is just dandy for the Goose - Kosova/Albania and an UNMIK report that finds no evidence or witnesses or even Serb dna in that 'yellow house' in northern Albania. :)

That's how int'l politics works..when they want to keep the peace and help gently push the parties on with self development and a national healing for all.

Veki, I am with you on this one. I suspect the only reason UNMIK is "investigating" now is to be able to shut the Serbian side up and say that they investigated and found nothing.

That is of course after they are certain that any evidence has already been removed or corrupted.

I hope sincerely that they would've missed something and some evidence will still be there, but I know there is only a slim chance of that.

Too much time has passed and too many people invested in making sure there is nothing to find.

is that true? UNMIK is investigating something that the Albanians refused to investigate?

interesting, isn´t it?

looks like the albanian terrorists will lose because of their very own crimes...

how ironic.

DD, hopefully the investigators will question Thaci about that also. I suspect he has knowledge of organ harvesting as well as missing Albanians.

how naive is Vukcevic' enthusiasm for UMNIK and their investigation. As far as I remember, they refused to open their files about the case.
They plan perhaps to open up this case again , fresh start only now when Ramush removed all evidences.
