This reminds me. The root cause of the last deadly train accident near Budapest was found. Indeed, as someone here expected it was cable theft. It seem to be a lucrative "business" and it has nothing to do with Serbs or Albanians, except that this time it happened on the territory of Kosovo. Few years ago the entire Italian railroad was shut down for several hours - a similar gang stole the communication cables and sold them as scrap metal.
