EULEX has NO LEGITIMACY as UNSC resolution # 1244 is still in placed. Only the UNSC has the sole authority to resolve any conflicts aroung the world and not the EU & NATO

and underlined that the mission was "strictly in the European Union's jurisdiction".

Thats just an outright lie. Serbia is not in the EU, therefore does not fall in their jurisdiction.

Could it be you were not invited and everyone can see threw your self serving law breaking justefying hypocrisies of your big members masters in Brussels.

What seems obvious here is the EU mission was reliant on an invitation by the UN Secretary General.

Seeing this will no happen - at least without Russian and Chinese agreement, the legal basis for deployment is not there.

Therefore, the political reason is that some EU members will simply not agree to it.

I really cannot see how this is going to work without negotiating with Russia and Serbia. It seems the Albanians bought into one of those dud EU/US deals.

Oh well, they'll learn but the question remains. How many carrots does it take before the Albanians wake up? Lets see.
