Keep fixing your eyeglasses in that photo there Mr. Jeremic because you can't see properly. What you're missing by not seeing properly is that Kosovo is long, long, loooong gone from Serbia. It's its own nation whether you smile, are sad, or stomp your feet on the ground angrily. My suggestion is: don't let Vojvodina do the same thing next.

I really love how Serbia and its citizens havent changed for decades now. Their old style Politics still are used in Balkans...they still think they can get what they have lost. 100 yrs Kosovo Albanians lived under your unhuman Regime. Today they are free and are Citizens of a Country (KOSOVO). Jeremic will talk and talk and use all his diplomatic ways to get Kosovo back..but Kosovo i say again will only be in Serbians Dreams they will use their Passaports to Enter pretty soon...and maybe Visas too....
Jermeic also mentioned that Serbia has blocked Kosovo to join some Untined Communities...Oh i Can't wait when will the time come for Serbia to join NATO....what will Albania do...is use VETo((Recognicse Kosovo then they will not use veto)) just like Greece did to Macedonia about changing the name. Good luck 2 all hope this False state of Serbia understands that no going back....Please serbs learn your origin you are GUESSTS in BALKAN you only arrived in these land 15 centuries ago..and ur first neighbour in KOsovo was ALbanian......

1244 as an interim solution was dependent upon serious negotiations between the K albs and Serbs. The K albs were not interested in this. The defacto reality is not an independent state. It is a divided province. Enclaves in wich the K albs cannot extend their illegal rule. The only it seems they can do is terrorise the Serbs by throwing grenades out of moving automobiles, Freedom of movement wich they seem to enjoy, and exploit to terrorise.
There is no independent state, just a pathetic display of poverty stricken, illiterates (didn't want to attend school to maybe learn how to read) apeing western culture. ie, the iconic photo of "free-kosova".
Sadly, when the K albs and their supporters get a reality check I expect them to react violently (already being armed the the usa, guns not tractors polilcy) and start the cycle of violence, perpetuated by the USA.
As many of the wealthy countries are not civilised, and either say nothing or support the criminal activities of the USA (torture, illegal war , HEY! TORTURE!) I fully expect violence.

Regardless of whether the radicals or a party led by the ghost of mother theresa lead Serbia, the fact remains the same: no UN recognition of independence (EVER), + eternal Serbian claims on Kim. This EA should make you sweat for the next 100 years, since you say you can wait a long time.

The fact is that we Serbs perceive that you currently have autonomy, supported by international law which says that we own the land. If you feel you are independent, good for you, use that happiness to improve the lives of Albanians living in KiM. There are many challenges that you people face and there are more productive ways to spend your time than banging your head against the wall trying to convince Serbs to give you independence on a Serbian website. Ahmed does this as well.

Mr. Jeremić is a legend! The guy should be given a medal!

The only thing in Kosovo which is "unstoppable" is albanian crime!

Kosovo is Serbian, and always will be!

Others not recognizing the Kosovo Albanians’ illegal decision included China, another permanent Security Council member, India, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, and Indonesia -

The main factor is that Serbia itself will never recognize this illegal declaration...

That is the DECIDER...!

The EU say:

The Council reiterates the EU's adherence to the principles of the UN Charter and the Helsinki Final
Act, inter alia the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity and all UN Security Council
resolutions. It underlines its conviction that in view of the conflict of the 1990s and the extended
period of international administration under SCR 1244, Kosovo constitutes a sui generis case which
does not call into question these principles and resolutions."

I think that if that is the basis for changing law, the world is a much more dangerous place. Maybe the Serb republic should kick over Dayton right now and declare independence - there is no difference.

The conclusion I draw is that to reestablish itself in Kosovo against the will of the west Serbs need to physically go there in sufficiently large numbers that they alter the demographics.

The Albanian family sizes seems to be the single biggest factor in the take over in Kosovo and in the surrounding countries.

To achieve a reversal, Serbs need to follow the same plan for a generation or two.

Is that a plan?....

In the mean time, the split at Mitrovica already makes the UDI untenable. The west will try to stop it, but it is population that will secure the outcome. If a conflict occurs soon, the west must be forced to keep the Serbian population in place. There is no justification for NKosovo to take part in the UDI government, so it is ridiculous and unrealistic of the EU to think that it should merge.

Note that 1244 is an interim arrangement, if western countries think that the UDI is a political settlement, then Serbia is freed from the restrictions of 1244 and can send its police back into Kosovo. Currently the west wants it both ways - tie Serbia in knots and do what it wants in terms of the UDI. That cannot sustain for much longer.

I don't want a war - Serbs should go into demanding the protection of NATO, not in a militaristic role.

Milosevic did do badly - however, that is no reason for Serbia to give up its territory. The Albanian mono-ethnic intransigence is what caused the problem in the first place - Kosovo does not deserve a UDI.

Jeremic,

Let's get the Serbian election out of the way. Be patient almost two more week and you will experience very unpleasent news when it comes to Kosova's recognition. Taking about "how few countries" have recognised Kosova at present time to "prove Serbia's case" it is just DESPERATION and at some point funny. Should the Radicals win in Serbia I am absolutely sure that most of the worlds countries will recognise Kosova's independence much earlier than September. I do not gamble but I am happy to bet on that occassion. Should the real democratic forces win the elections win in Serbia the worldwide Kosova's full independence will take slightly longer. But I do know that Kosovar Albanians are patient people as NOTHING and NOONE can stop the UNSTOPABLE.

Jeremic did a good job there, as clearly the majority of the world hasn't jumped to agree with the illegal decapitation of Serbia. Some Albanians live in a dream world in which no country exists other than the US. Unfortunately, China and India, two countries not recognizing Kosovo, alone make nearly a third of the world's population. Moreover, both are economic powers. Further, not all Americans support Kosovo. The current government and the Clintons supported Kosovo for selfish purposes, not because of any love for Albanians. Nobody knows what will be in September, but chances are, unless there is a mass flood of recognition, the toll won't be much higher than it is now, perhaps 50 countries. At any rate, without Serbia recognizing Kosovo, little matters.

I feel sorry for you Mr. Jeremić that comes September you will not have the pleasure to attend UN Assambly because you will be out of job. Instead, I think mr. Nikolić will attend that meeting.Oh, by the way, by September majority of UN member have recognized Kosova allready.
