Marko is right.
Serbia does not have the offensive military capability to make an incursion and physically re-instate Kosovo back into Serbian administration. This 'Kosova' cancer will spread itself . Tensions with the Albanians and NATO are on the rise (you just don't hear about it) and will continue to rise. However what may exacerbate relations between EU/NATO,US and the KALbanians is if the former start meddling too much into the drug/flesh trade that is so efficently managed by the kalbanians. Serbia has to be smart, preserve its population in the North and strengthening its security forces.

I disagree with some of my fellow serbian posters. Serbia will not kick Nato out of Kosovo, the Albanians will.

After the Albanians grow tired of their Nato Guests and start to desire real independence, in hubris and haste they will bite the hand that fed them.

Don't get too comfortable NATO. Russia and Serbia are rising, and the corrupt and immoral US empire is slowly crumbling. The time is coming when NATO will be kicked out. NATO do not belong on sovereign Serbian soil, for it is the soil of a free and independent nation. Your stay is only temporary.
Cheers!

Boy these EU EULEX ,NATO and Washington talkers live in a delusional dream land. They should turn Kosovo in to another Disneyland with GOOFY as the EU and NATO appointed president it makes as much sense as their other ideas. Then the poor EU tax payers can at least see where their taxes are wasted and magically disappear too.

No surprises about NATO staying, they are the occupiers after all with the intention to create a puppet NATO entity.

However, just like previous occupiers, they will be removed from Serbian land. With half the non-Albanian population chased out of Kosovo and ethnically cleansed, the intentions are clear and we won't forget.
