That's what typical Serbian males do on the side of the road. Never in my thirty-plus years did I witness that in the States. The only time I heard of that is an acquaintance here in Serbia who got fined for doing it on the side of a highway in the middle of the night.

I have seen it in San Francisco in Ellis and Eddy streets both defecating, urinating and smoking crack in the middle of the day.
