Did Kurti abolish taxes or not? I am totally lost at this point.

The latest what hvg.hu tells is that there is no authority there, no one does anything with with corona and the authority collapsed. Despite that the number of infected is relatively small.
An other source says that the borders are closed, so someone is in command.

Kurti is nothing more than a gnat. The only thing keeping him and his comrades safe is interests the US have in that region for now.
