Bytyqi brothers were killed after the war ended, they were not killed in the battle. They were killed just because they were Albanian-Americans. America will get justice for its citizens regardless of how long it might take, there is no doubt about that.

The fact that they were US citizens is irrelevant. They voluntarily entered into a civil war in Serbia with the objective of killing Serbs. Things didn't go as they had planned and they all would up with a Serb bullet to the head. Justice served, case closed. If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

This isn’t about enemy combatants being killed during the course of the war. This is about unarmed prisoners being executed. I am a Serb and I have no love for Albanians, however, what happened during the wars in the 90s in former Yugoslavia was an embarrassment to humanity.

Bosnians, Croatians, Serbians, and Albanians should be ashamed as all committed horrifying acts of violence on civilians and prisoners of war.

Mmmmm this is interesting. If I am a Syrian, with USA citizenship, I leave for Syria to join a Islamic militant group against the Syrian govt and I get killed, can my family seek justice?

The fact that they are US citizens makes no difference at all. They chose to enter a civil war in Serbia to kill Serbs. Things didn't go as they planned though and they each ended up with a bullet in the head. Justice served, case closed.

They join a terrorist organization and lose their lives. And now their family are up in arms. They should have stayed in America. Collateral damage as the Americans put it. You live by the sword you die by the sword. U have no ill feelings towards the Albanians but what did they expect was going to happen?
