This time the Albanian so called authorities did unacceptable to a French NGO leader, who decided to help Serbs in Kosovo and not Albanians.That was his personal choice, and in spite of it he remains FRENCH, like I am.It is unacceptable to treat foreign citizens the way Albanians treated Mr. Arnaud Gouillon. French embassy should react in the name of democracy and the human rights .
