That, Mustapha, is why Albos clean restrooms. How do you think China started? Exactly the same. That $10,000 is not money as you seem to think but takes into account things like the cost of the land site, rates, water, discounted energy and infrastructure.
For every direct employee at say ZF, there are two other jobs created such as in a supermarket, petrol station or restaurant. That is how it works.
Now how many have invested in Kosovo since 1999? Please list them all. You have the west on your side – how many US companies have opened shop in Kosova??????????

This article is a little dramatic to say the least and that’s to blow something out of complete proportion and sell newspapers.
Before someone fills their nappies thinking that Serbs are done, the person to” worry” about was Federica Mogherini since she is the big boss and not a technocrat like Angelina Eichhorst who reports to Mogherini. She takes instructions from Mogherini not the other way around.

Adam Frank,it seems that you do not know what countries are EU members. Of course Russia and Belorus are not, but the others are. Serbia should join the Union, but not at any price,specially if things not accepted by the same Union are not accepted and imposed to the others.Regarding some changes mentioned in the article, nothing will change much, except if Serbia make some changes regarding Russia.

I’m losing plenty of sleep about Serbs not having friends in the west. The reality is no one gives a f*** what Croatia thinks; no one.
Do you recall when Miro Kovac did not want to sign the opening of chapters for Serbia to join the EU? I do very well recall how it became embarrassing for Croatia to the point Berlin said sign here and shut up; like a good crawler the Ustashi signed his life away.
