Bosnia: Federation president's cabinet chief arrested

SARAJEVO A SIPA operation launched in Bosnia-Herzegovina has resulted in the arrest of Vinko Drinovac, chief of the cabinet of the FBiH President Zivko Budimir. SIPA is the State Investigation and Protection Agency of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Zivko Budimir was also detained in April, on suspicion of involvement in giving and receiving bribes in cases of pardons granted to convicts.
