German T-Mobile and British Orange who do business in Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia and Romania, include Kosovo among their roaming countries, and moreover list the province in a different tariff zone to Serbia. Kosovo has also been presented as an independent country in the newest edition of an atlas for schools published recently in Austria.
