The property of the Genex company in Belgrade was bought by a Dutch-Serbian consortium. Holland’s IHG Management and Serbian NBG Properties, owned by Serbian business mogul Miroslav Miskovic, who also owns the country's largest private enterprise, Delta Holding, acquired the property for EUR 148,800,999.
