Horgos – Pozega concession contract The contract was signed on March 30, 2007, by the Republic of Serbia, represented by Velimir Ilic, then minister for capital investments, and representatives of the Spanish – Austrian Consortium FCC Construccion S.A. - Alpine Mayreder Bau GmbH. This contract regulates the kind and scope of the concession rights conceded by the concession grantor to the concessionaire and regulates the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the grantor and the concessionaire. The contract has been made public along with 12 annexes. The remaining seven, referring to the financial and banking guarantees, will not be published. However, journalists will have the right of access to the remaining annexes at the government building in Belgrade.
