The Saatchi & Saatchi Belgrade advertising agency has won the Silver Drum award in Portorož in the integrated campaigns category, for "Chronicles of Threats."

"Chronicle of Threats" awarded in Slovenia

"Chronicles of Threats" is a project initiated by the Serbian Commission for the Investigation of Murders of Journalists and the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media. It was launched in order to show the public how journalists feel when they receive threats.

It opened a debate in Serbia about the types of threats that journalists receive daily. At the same time unsolved murder cases of journalists who have been forgotten for years are reopened, and it has become a major issue in news channels and social networks.

This resulted in an indictment for the murder of journalist Slavko Ćuruvija after 15 years.

Also, investigations into the murder cases of Radislava Dada Vujasinović and Milan Pantić have been reopened.

In June, the campaign won the Bronze Lion at the prestigious global advertising festival in Cannes.
