Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro signed a document on takeover of full responsibility for regional stability and armament control.

Amendments to Dayton signed by regional ministers
The signed document contains amendments to Article IV of the Dayton Treaty which envisages transfer of powers in armament control to the four former Yugoslav republics.Under the supervision of minister of foreign affairs from OSCE member countries, including OSCE chair Didier Burkhalter, the document was signed by Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, Bosnia-Herzegovina Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdzija, Foreign Minister of Montenegro Igor Luksic and Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vesna Pusic.
Article IV of the Dayton Treaty was signed in Florence in 1996 with a view to preventing regional armament race.
