Republic of Srpska (RS) Prime Minister Milorad Dodik says the ICJ advisory opinion concerning Kosovo Albanian UDI was "contrary to international law". The head of the government of the Bosnian Serb entity also said the tribunal's decision would have ramifications around the globe in the regions marked by animosities between autonomous provinces and states. Bosnian Serbs reacts to ICJ ruling "The ICJ advisory opinion showed that politics is above law, as inferred from the votes of the judges who were supposed to represent the stands of their countries," Dodik told Tanjug. He stated that RS will continue with its policy and will not allow Bosnia-Herzegovina to acknowledge the independence of Serbia's southern province. Meanwhile, Serb member of Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency Nebojsa Radmanovic assessed that the ICJ advisory opinion was biased and contrary to the principles of international law. Radmanovic reiterated that he will not allow Bosnia-Herzegovina to recognize Kosovo's unilaterally declared independence regardless of the ICJ opinion. The post-war Bosnia-Herzegovina is made up of the Serb republic, and the Muslim-Croat Federation.
