Stoltenberg said that NATO would continue to contribute to stability and security in Kosovo and that no changes would be made regarding the presence of the peacekeeping force before the situation on the ground has been "analyzed."

Stoltenberg will today visit KFOR troops in Kosovo, and meet with their commander, as well as with key representatives of the international community in Kosovo, NATO said on its website.

He will also meet with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic and Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj, according to the same source.

The agenda of their discussions has not been revealed, "but it is not being ruled out" that one of the topics could be the supporting wall near the main bridge in Kosovska Mitrovica, whose tearing down Pristina has announced vaguely for February.
