New prosecutor for organized crime elected by assembly
The Serbian National Assembly in Belgrade on Monday elected lawyer Mladen Nenadic as Serbia's new prosecutor for organized crime.

Nenadic received the support of 139 MPs.Other candidates for the position included the current prosecutor for organized crime, Miljko Radisavljevic, public prosecutor at the Appellate Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, Tomislav Kilibarda, and deputy public prosecutor at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zajecar, Sonja Milicevic.
The sitting yesterday failed to appoint a new war crimes prosecutor.
