An envoy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will on Monday start his visit to Serbia, it has been confirmed by the Russian embassy in Belgrade. Konstantin Dolgov is set to meet with top Serbian officials, according to announcements. Beside his meetings with top officials, he will also confer with representatives of non-governmental and international organizations, and with the Serbian Orthodox Patriarch Irinej.
