Another round of talks between Belgrade and Pristina was completed in Brussels late on Thursday without “final results”. An agreement on administrative crossings and Pristina's participation in regional forums was not reached and it is not yet known when the talks will continue, Tanjug has learned from Belgrade team chief Borislav Stefanovic. Belgrade-Pristina talks end without agreement "Unfortunately, not even after 12 hours of difficult talks have we managed to agree on the issue of administrative crossings or Pristina's participation in regional forums," he said. "We remain ready to continue the talks but at this point we are not sure when this will happen," the team head added. Stefanovic pointed out that the Serbian delegation had proposed a number of possibilities, options and modalities in accordance with the Serbian Constitution and Resolution 1244, noting, however, that the problem was that "for some reason Pristina opposes the Resolution 1244, even though on certain occasions they were prepared to refer to it." “As for the issue of crossings, the Pristina delegation requested that it should be completed and that Pristina's symbols should be set up, but a huge problem is that they were not prepared to allow the crossing of vehicles with license plates of Kosovo towns issued by Serbia,” he underlined. "Regardless of this, certain progress has been made, and we have yet to agree on several other issues. As for the implementation, we managed to agree on certificates for the crossing of the administrative line," Stefanovic stressed. The two delegations talked for over 12 hours on Wednesday in an attempt to achieve an agreement.
