Ban calls for restraint on all sides in Kosovo

In a report on UNMIK’s work, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has urged all sides in Kosovo to show restraint and to constructively resolve all ethnic issues. The Russian news agency Itar-Tass reports from UN Headquarters in New York that the document states, among other things, that the situation in the north of Kosovo is still tense. The document also stresses the intensification of cooperation between UNMIK and EULEX.
