Serbia has granted FCC - Alpine-Mayreder a concession to build and maintain the Horgos-Pozega highway. The government signed the concession contract with the Spanish-Austrian consortium FCC – Alpina Mayreder in Belgrade Friday. Horgos-Pozega highway contract signed In November 2006, the consortium won the tender to finalize, use and maintain the Horgos-Pozega highway, running from the northern to the central part of Serbia. The concession will span 25 years, while the construction is expected to last four years. The consortium will within that timeframe build the left lane of the Horgos-Novi Sad stretch as well as the full profile of the Belgrade-Pozega highway.
