However, "new facilities will be built through a model of public-private partnership", he noted. The minister also said that the state monopoly companies, such as Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport, will not be sold either. "Only those companies which have competition and which will not be able to keep up with their competition in the future will be sold, as well as some fixed state assets," Dinkic said. The minister also announced that the period of company restructuring will be limited by law to September 30, 2014, and added the government will endeavor to find strategic partners for some of the companies in the meantime.
