Serbia, Bulgaria push for economic cooperation

Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic and Bulgarian counterpart Peter Dimitrov signed an economic cooperation agreement. The Friday signing of this document provides continuity and conditions for further economic cooperation with Bulgaria after its EU accession, the government said in a statement. Serbia, Bulgaria push for economic cooperation The two countries will promote economic relations with activities aimed at development of cooperation, particularly in the areas of agriculture, forestry management, energy, research and development, civil engineering and SME sector. Dinkic and Dimitrov emphasized the importance of energy projects, such as the South Stream pipeline, tourism cooperation in Mt. Stara, and completion of a Corridor 10 stretch leading to the Bulgarian border.
