Nisam koristio Payoneer godinama (hehe poceo sam da placam porez) ali sad sam se opet ulogovao, i dobio poruku ispod. Ne mogu da potvrdim da li pare zaista mogu da se dizu s bankomata, jer posto ih nisam dugo koristio, nemam vise ni cent tamo, pa bi mogao neko drugi ovo da potvrdi:

We’re happy to inform you that the FCA freeze is lifted. You can now withdraw the funds on your card from an ATM or spend them online and in-store. From Monday 6 July,2020, you will be able to withdraw your funds to your local bank account and make payments.
All incoming payments will continue to land in your Payoneer currency balance, and not on your Payoneer card. From there you can withdraw them to your bank account or make payments. We appreciate your patience and regret the inconvenience caused.
