“As for the BIA, I received the warning in writing. Of course, I did not discuss it with Costa. I am going to Montenegro, and it is very important that I represent Serbia there. I will speak about other matters in Montenegro itself, to tell them to their faces about all these games they are playing, in which Serbia is portrayed as a small Russia while they present themselves as threatened Baltic states. I am not afraid to speak the truth,” Vučić said.
As a reminder, Serbia’s Security Information Agency (BIA) officially warned Vučić against traveling to Montenegro due to security assessments indicating a potential risk to his safety.
“I don’t know who considers it such a great secret that Zvicer is hiding in Montenegro — everyone knows that. When major events take place, they go and arrest his wife's left slipper and a bracelet and then say they have done their job. This is neither the first nor the last time. I see no problem. I gave my word to Ursula von der Leyen and António Costa that I would go to Tivat, and I am going to Tivat.
Just wait until tonight — I will say much more. I have no fear of saying what I think, and I have a lot to say. You will learn what those hybrid threats on March 15 really were, and which individuals were here attempting to undermine the constitutional order, yet were neither arrested nor expelled. I wish the people and citizens of Montenegro all the best, and we will always regard them as our brothers and sisters. The authorities, however, are a different matter,” Vučić added.
