Vučić before his trip to the USA: Expect good news soon; I expect a lot from the talks in New York
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, on the eve of his trip to New York for the UN General Assembly, said that good news can be expected soon regarding the withdrawal of the recognition of Kosovo's independence.
Vučić said that in New York he will talk with the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the President of the European Council António Costa, but also with 22 other presidents and prime ministers of different countries.
"Among them will be some African leaders, and expect good news soon regarding the withdrawal of the recognition of Kosovo's independence. These are important things, a lot of work. Believe me, I don't know how we will get there in four days in New York," emphasized Vučić, who will speak at the UN General Assembly in New York.
He said he hoped to be able to attend the meeting organized by the head of European diplomacy Kaja Kallas, but at that time he should address the UN General Assembly.
He pointed out that the talks in New York are very important and that he expects a lot from them.
