Patriarch: Mladic verdict is work of devil

Serbian Orthodox Patriarch has said that <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/region.php?yyyy=2017&mm=11&dd=22&nav_id=102859" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the Hague Tribunal verdict handed down to Ratko Mladic</a> was "the work of the devil."

Patriarch: Mladic verdict is work of devil

"Another Serb has been convicted in the Hague. We knew that Ratko Mladic would be convicted and that everything would be like that, and we, unfortunately, could do nothing," he said.

The head of the Serbian Church stressed that all this is happening because "powerful global power-wielders do the devil's work, while we suffer the consequences."

"It's not new that it turns out only the Serbs are guilty for everything, while others are innocent," Irinej concluded, Tanjug reported on Friday.
