China is not the US. Yes their workers do live onsite because most are from rural areas. These people can earn 10 times in factories what they could on the land. On say Chinese New Year millions leave the cities to return home to spend time with family. Don’t try and compare apples with pears.
What you have to look at is the financial state of China. It has a 10 trillion dollar economy and rising fast. It’s is now the No1 world economy. It has 4 trillion in reserves. It has a gold reserve second to none.
The 350 million figures has been used by Beijing (unofficially) for a decade and it now claims its 420 million. The Chinese officials don’t like to use the terms middle class or wealthy since they are still theoretically communist, and they don’t admit officially to having billionaires but they do and plenty of them too. Its economy is built on solid ground while the US is on stilts. Just prior to the GFC the US economy was 12 trillion but today it’s 16 trillion. How in heaven can it increased so quickly when you have not recovered from 2008? 80% of US economy is consumerism so it means that all the rest is printed money. One big push and it will falls over.

You need to travel. Go to China and see for yourself. It just might open your eyes to a few things.
By the way the apartments in Japan are not much bigger and look where that country sits in the economic pecking order.
    (sj, 2 March 2015 09:23)
I do plan to go to China in the next two years.
But I do have a story, my daughter runs a company that sells specialty products and I was wanting a specific lapel pin to give to some associates, so I gave her a design and wanted to order 400 pins but I needed them quickly as I was leaving on a trip. She phoned the company in China that handles such orders and asked if they could fit the time restraints and the point person replied it was not problem as the workers lived at the factory. That set off many alarms in my head.
By the way they were able to take the design create the molds and make the pins and ship them to me and had them on my door step within 7 days.
That part was impressive but I still wonder about the workers.
But do you dispute what I said? That if there are 300-420 million that you classify as middle class(when I researched it I found that the Chinese do not use that distinction) then that leaves close to a billion that are left in the lower class or poverty level.

  4. I belive in one GOD, and i think th Christianity, muslimanity and orthodoxy are part of different culture... God is one. (Joni)

None of them believes in two or more Gods so you have nobody to conflict with. Besides initially Islam existed as a legal (Nestorian) branch/sect inside the Orthodox Christianity. It lasted since 12 till 16 centuries when the split became big enough to declare of the new religion. None of the Muslim saint books (Quran, Sunnah, Tafsir) contains any dates. So the question is who was to appoint the date of Hijra for 622 ? It was Joseph Scaliger who with zero facts also appointed all the false dates for the Christians in late 16 century. So de-codification of history of religions is a problem but all of them believe in one God the Merciful and the Compassionate ! It is almost ONE culture and even the Muslims are allowed to pray in the Churches if there are no mosques around and if the Christians do not mind it. Besides initially all 100% of the Albanians were Orthodox Christians just because then there were no Muslims or Catholics.

Of course. But what does that have anything to do with what I said?! I said "do not support"; I did not say that "China has put sanctions on Russia" !!!

The fact remains that China has said that China supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine. That's obviously not a suprise given that China and the Soviet Union fought a war 46 years ago for territories and China would not want Russia to say at some point in the future that there are Russians being threatened in some part of China, send the Russian soldiers there, organize a "referendum" and annex that part of China. Russia is China's biggest threat because 1. it is erratic and unpredicatble since one man decides everything in Russia and what Russia does depends on his mood when he wakes up in the morning, and 2. Russia is next door whereas the US is far away.

3/ Scaliger/Petavius history used many tricks for falsification. Not only they played with the dates but also they changed the names. Concerning the Ottomans they mostly used names from Arab sources. So Dmitry Donskoy became Murad-I while his son Vasily became Bayazed-I ect. Strange was the outcome of the battle. They say that the “Serbs” lost the battle but they kept the territory and the “turks” retreated without reparations. Also the behavior of some of the “Serbian” princes looks strange. Some of them fought on the “Serbian” side and there’s no info about some others. All because there were no Turks and Serbs there. It was a inter-Russian battle on both sides and some of the Serbs, Albanians ect. fought on one Russian side and the others fought on the second Russian side.

4/ There are thousands of documents about the Crusaders period and in none of them you will find words like "Muslims" or "Islam" because before 16 century there was no Islam and no Muslims. And in 1389 there was no word "Turk". It appeared for the Golden Horde army that formed the Christian Ottoman (Ataman,Osman) Empire after Tsar-Grad was seized in 1453. Russian Tamerlane’s capital was not in Samarkand but on the Balkans - either in Tirana or Tiraspol that later gave name to the Turks. Many nations received their names after geographical names or names of their military commanders. Russians = Россеяне means dissipated or dispersed all over the land.

    5/ wait !

  9. My ancestor Teodor Muzaka and his men fought and died in the Battle for Kosovo in 1389.Where was Russia at that time? My ancestor George Castrioti fought against ottomans for 35 years thus saving the West.

1/ I can tell you where the Russians were in 1389. They fought on the Kosovo Pole and they fought on both sides. Even the Wikipedia shows that both sides were composed of the Christians only. At that time there were no Rome and Vatican so all were the Orthodox. This was the 3-rd great battle of the civil war inside the Great Horde. To be exact it was a war between the White Horde of Dmitry (Donskoy) and the Golden Horde of Tamerlane. Greater part on both sides were the Russians including the Serbs , Bulgars , Macedonians ect. But because the Horde always was a multinational power many other peoples took part on both sides with the Caucasians and the Albanians among them.

2/ In two previous battles near Astrakhan and Moscow (Kulikovo Pole) Dmitry took the upper hand. He devastated Tamerlane’s lands along Volga and South of current Russia. But from Kosovo both sides retreated because Dmitry was killed while most likely Tamerlane didn’t mean it. Because it was too far from Veliki Novgorod a Trebizond archbishop made the liturgy. Dmitry Donskoy was the Khan of the whole world while Tamerlane was only the Voivode (Ataman) who seized power in one of the provinces (Golden Horde) of the Great Horde. So he let the power be passed to Dmitry’s son Vasily.

I am sorry because it wasn’t your post that I commented. In fact the post was by someone “Joni“ and it changes much. Anyway in your last feedback you put Russia and the USA in one boat. Never do it again because even if boiled together our fat will not be united. They mean the world power while we only seek for justice and peace. Sometimes we have to fight for it and many of the US back vocals will gain much if we succeed. What I agree is that the Balkans is one big boat where you cannot be safe if your neighbor feels discomfort. Only one state is interested in the contradictions to be increased here, but we can do nothing about it. They blow up twnin skyscapers , without a wink they launch wars , they organize massacres and revolts , they buy elites ect. I would give Obama one more Nobel Peace Prize only because he has not started a new war ... yet ! Every US President should automatically have this Nobel Prize on his innaguration and another such Prize in the end of the term if only he kills his temptation to destroy some of the countries. Good Luck and be both a good Albanian and a good Christian !

  35. What I find funny is that B92 and Tanjug are able to peek into what John Kerry said in front of one subcommittee on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, but are not able to find out what Tony Blair said in the middle of the day in Belgrade. Talk about transparency LOL.

  37. Kerry is an other geci. There is Orbángeci, Putingeci, now we have Kerrygeci. The life is tough, to much geci. I would say... a geci tidal wave.

Seriously - he is mentally ill. Because... there live somewhat more Russians in Transdnistria alone than Americans in Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova and Baltics combined.

But maybe he knows better. Monkey.

I also had Milosevic marked out as a baddy despite the support he got from a few rabid nationalists at the time.

“I think we need to do more, frankly, in the area of information. One of the complaints we get from the Baltic states is there is nothing to counter the deluge of Russian-paid and backed media spreading disinformation,” he said.

“We have got to recognise one of the strengths we have got as a country – although we don’t always necessarily see it this way – is that we have a very strong and impartial media, we have a wonderful brand in the BBC, known for its impartial views. We should be supporting the BBC to provide news services and news channels where people otherwise are getting a diet of Russian disinformation.” …

1/ Putin’s biggest problem must be something else but his rating in your comical eyes.
2/ RTTV with 25% share is number 1 in UK so how many simple minded live in this country ?
3/ As for your erudition we ( “simple minds”) admire your erudition (“Comical Ali, remember this guy from Iraq?”) but knew only the late Chemical Ali and (unlike you) he gave us no reasons to call him comical.

According to him, "such Russian behavior" has not met with the West's adequate response.

LOL! Russian behaviour? Sounds very much like US and Western behaviour. This is just the way it is. Most of the world is sick of the US and Western governments making a complete mess of this world while continually encroaching on Russia's border with regime change and the expansion of NATO.

Russia, China and most of the world have pretty much drawn their lines and have said enough is enough. The resistance has started and Putin is leading the way.

With a mentality geared towards the orthodox church etc. this is not surprising.

However, Serbia was a sucker for the Milosevic propaganda and is now something of a sucker for Putin's.

  50. Comm. Parrisson,
Your problem is that you see things in black and white technology. Wake up, man. Color TV has been around for a long time now. Putin might be Comical Ali, but not a single word coming out of the mouths of Kerry and other western clowns can be taken seriously. It's amazing how you can't see that!
Same goes for Milosevic. He created the mess, but shouldn't you mention some other former Yugoslavian leaders too? Not to mention great mess-creating assistance from the West...

  51. He also told the subcommittee it was Russia that "engaged in a rather remarkable period of the most overt and extensive propaganda exercise that I've seen since the very height of the Cold War."

Yes, it's a problem, but only some simple minds believe that propaganda and takes the RT TV 'reports' seriously. For me Putin becomes more and more a Comical Ali, remember this guy from Iraq?

I think it's primarily for domestic consumption, it's the good old method: When incompetent state leaders have internal problems, they start trouble outside to draw attention away - nothing can (forcefully) unite a population more than a common enemy. And everyone who not agrees with Putin and his nationalist, autocratic, expansionist and revanchist politics is a 'traitor' or 'enemy of the state'. Worked under Milosevic, too, until the Serbs realized the mess he crated (some still don't nowaday, unfortunately)

Just few years ago almost nobody was taking Russia serious. Nobody paid any attention even to the Munich speech of Mr. Putin now available only in the Russian Wikipedia. Then all of a sudden they found out that Russia has got a point of it own over any issue in the suburbs. More than that they discovered that Russia got a second strong army. Then for year Russia demonstrate stubbornness over economic issues. Now they learned that Russia can also defend on the psaking-propaganda fields. Mr. Cohen-Kerry says that RTTV is stronger than CNN/Fox … Well well , let’s see what’s next.
