No, your desire to join EU, suggests that you're seriously desperate. You're desperate to join a union which bombed you not too long ago.

It also suggests that, your so called Russian greatest ally is not able to help you, as you've succumbed to your enemies. Russia is helpless to her own citizens.

If you knew, that Russia would be able to help you just a bit, we know you would have told EU to screw yourselves.

No we know that Serbia really has no alternative but to stretch her hand to EU for a handout.
