EC asked whether Pristina's "trying to change telecoms deal"

The delegations of Belgrade and Pristina are discussing in Brussels the details of implementing <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2016&mm=11&dd=14&nav_id=99672" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the telecommunications agreement</a>.

And here I thought the telecoms agreement was a victory for the separatists, what happened?

neither Belgrade nor the Serb people hate Albanians. Serbs will be very accommodating in achieving more than autonomy, less than independence.

OK great, that is already achieved according to you, so you should be happy, Serbia should be happy and Kosovo is also happy for being independent from Serbia. All parties are happy :)

And here I thought the telecoms agreement was a victory for the separatists, what happened? Probably as I predicted, they read the fine print and realized that the phone code will belong to Serbia who will lend it out to its province, Kosovo-Metohija. See, neither Belgrade nor the Serb people hate Albanians. Serbs will be very accommodating in achieving more than autonomy, less than independence.
