The EU (including it's predecessor EC) existed longer than YU and the Warsaw Pact, and be sure, it will last some more years/decades. There can always be changes, and it's very okay for me if countries like Britain can leave peacefully, which tragically wasn't possible in case of YU. If it's smart (not only economically) to leave or not only the future will tell.

THe EU is falling apart as we make comment here with Brexit and now Schengen looks like its only on paper as Sweden has border police to stop the illegal immigrants.

Notice the elections in Bulgaria? they now have a Russian friendly party in power and this will spread very quickly throughout the Balkans. Hungary is already on board. The world power structure is changing quickly. If you looking for Trump to help you, you are in trouble because he has to cut back on everything and try to get jobs in the US otherwise there will be an armed revolution in the US.

It's not too late. Serbia has a long way to get into the EU and can abandon the plan at any stage although too much has already been given.
You seem really happy at the prospect that Serbia will join EU. Why is that when all you Albanians were saying how Serbia doesn't deserve it and won't be allowed?
