It is just wishful thinking that with Trump in the the White House somehow things will get better for Serbia. Russia is sending Serbia arms and the US is supplying Croatia. If as expected Newt Gingrich becomes the Secretary of State all bets are off for any help from the US for Serbia. It was Newt that pushed hard for the Nato attacks on Serbia and it was he who called for arming the Bosnian muslims.
Plus Trump probably couldn't pick Serbia out on a map, he will probably leave all those decision to State Department officials and close advisors who are not at all friendly to Russia and its allies.
