Cheese from Serbian mountain nominated to UNESCO list

The municipality of Sjenica has nominated the technology of preparing the famous Sjenica cottage cheese for the UNESCO intangible cultural heritage list.

Serbs invented the white cheese with a delicious distinct taste, more mild and vinegary than the Feta cheese. Unfortunately for Serbia and probably rest of world, their cheese is only found in villages.

How can we? We all know that that there was no cheese prior to the Serbs making it to the Balkans. The Balkans were cheese-less. Then the Serbs came and they invented cheese. To bad they also invented whine. They haven't stopped whining since then. And I don't mean the good Careabean type.
